Whispering Falls Campground is located along State Highway 22, approximately 8.2 miles southeast of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 2,000 feet. It is a 15-acre site, on the North Santiam River. The main travel surfaces within the campground are paved and gravel.
Located 23 miles south from Idanha, Oregon, at an elevation of 3,600 feet off of Big Meadows Road (Forest Service Road 2267).
Located nearly 10 miles east of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 2,100 feet. There are 29 camp sites available for which 18 are reservable.
Located approximately 9 mils east of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 2,200 feet. Visitors can reach the site from Detroit by traveling north on state highway OR-22 before turning right (northeast onto Breitenbush Road. After approximately 9 miles the turnoff for the campground will be on the right (south) side of the road.
Cove Creek Campground, Group Camp, and Day Use site is located along Blowout Road (Forest Service Road #10) approximately 6.2 miles south of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 1,600 feet. It is a 45-acre site adjacent to Detroit Lake; The main travel surfaces within the campground are paved.
Fox Creek Group Campground is located along Breitenbush Road (Forest Service Road #46) approximately 6.3 miles orth of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 2,000 feet.
Hoover Campground is located along Blowout Road (Forest Service Road #10) approximately 3.7 miles east of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 1,600 feet. It is a 25-acre site adjacent to detroit Lake on the North Santiam River. The main travel surfaces within the campground are paved.
Located approximately 5 miles northeast of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 1,800 feelt. Visitors can reach the site from Detroit by traveling north on state highway OR-22 before turning right (northeast) onto Breitenbush Road. After approximately 5 miles turnoff for the campground will be on the right (south) side of the road.
Marion Forks Campground is adjacent to the Marion Forks Fish Hatchery and Marion Creek off of State Highway 22. It is less than one mile south of Marion Forks, Oregon, and about 16 miles southeast from Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 2,500 feet.
Riverside Campground is located along State Highway 22, approximately 14 miles southeast of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 2,400 feet. It is a 15-acre site on the North Santiam River. The main travel surfaces within the campground are paved and gravel.
Santiam Flats Campground is located along State Highway 22, approximately 2.5 miles east of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 1,600 feet. It is a 25-acre site, adjacent to Detroit lake on the North Santiam River. However, this campground does not have a boat launch. The main travel surface within the campground is gravel.
Southshore Campground is located along Blowout Road (Forest Service Road #10) approximately 7 miles south of Detroit, Oregon, at an elevation of 1,600 feet. It is a 15-acre site, adjacent to Detroit Lake. The main travel surfaces within the campground are paved.
Big Lake Campground is located on the shore of Big Lake only 30 miles east of McKenzie Bridge off of Highway 126 at an elevation of 4,600 feet. This campground and day use area cover 70 acres. The entire route is paved, including the campground road. Parking spurs are gravel.
The entrance to Big Lake West is located approximately 1/2 mile from the entrance to Big Lake Campground. It sits at an elevation of 4,600 feet.
Coldwater Cove Campground and Day Use Area are located on the shores of Clear Lake, 18 miles northeast of McKenzie Bridge on Highway 126, at an elevation of 3,000 feet. The site covers 80 acres. The entire route is paved, including the campground road and parking spurs.
Ice Cap Campground is located 17 miles east of the McKenzie River Ranger Station on Highway 126. The entrance road is shared with the Koosah Falls viewing area parking. The campground sits at an elevation of 3,000 feet and covers 20 acres above the McKenzie River and Carmen Reservoir. The river is not within sight of the camp area. The entire driving route is paved, including the campground road. Parking spurs are gravel or paved.
Lost Lake Campground is located 28 miles northeast of McKenzie Bridge, Oregon, just off of Highway 20. This campground sits at an elevation of 4,200 feet along the west shore of Lost Lake.
Olallie Campground is located on Highway 126 approximately 9 miles east of the McKenzie River Ranger Station. This campground sits at an elevation of 2,000 feet and covers 11 acres along the McKenzie River. The entire driving route is paved, including the campground road. The upper loop sites have paved spurs, the lower loop spurs are gravel or native surface.
House Rock Campground is located 26 miles east of Sweet Home on Highway 20. This campground is situated on 7 acres at the confluence of Sheep Creek and the Sought Santiam River in an old growth grove at an elevations of 1,800 feet. The campground road is compacted rock and native surface including the spurs.
Fernview Group Campground is located 23 miles east of Sweet Home on Highway 20. It is perched above the scenic South Santiam River on 5 acres at an elevation of 1,400 feet. The campground is compacted rock and native surface including the spurs.
Longbow Organizational Camp is located 22 miles east of Sweet Home off of Highway 20 along the South Santiam River. This is a Civilian Conservation Corps Historical group camp that was built in the 1930's and is situated on 10 acres at an elevation of 1,200 feet. The roads within the group site are a compacted rock surface.
Lost Prairie Groups Campground is located 37 miles east of Sweet Home on Highway 20. The campground ists at an elevation of 3,200 feet on 7 acres adjacent to Hackleman Creek.
Sevenmile Horse Camp is located 32 miles from Sweet home east on Highway 20 to Sevenmile Road (Forest Service Road 024). The site sits at an elevation of 3,100 feet.
Trout Creek Campground is located 19 miles east of Sweet Home on Highway 20. The campground sits at an elevation of 1,200 feet and covers 7 acres along the South Santiam River. The campground road is paved and spurs are gravel.
Yukwah Campground is located 19.5 miles east of Sweet Home on Highway 20. The campground is situated in second growth Douglas-Fir at an elevations of 1,300 feet on 7 acres along the South Santiam River. The campground road is compacted rock and native surface including the spurs.
