Fire Danger - Moderate

Due to forecast high temperatures and very low relative humidity, fire precaution levels move to Moderate on Saturday, July 1. For our guests over the holiday weekend, this means:

  • Fires may only be in designated fire rings within campgrounds.
  • Do not leave your campfire unattended; make sure your fire is "dead out" by testing for any heat with your hand a few inches above any coals.  Drown the fire with water.
  • Reminder - NO FIREWORKS are allowed in any Linn County Park or any parks managed by the Linn County Parks Department.
